Overview
Anca Nitu is a Securities Law Clerk and a member of the Business Law Group in the Miller Thomson LLP’s Toronto Office.
Anca assists lawyers and clients with securities-related transactions and other matters, including but not limited to public offerings, private placements, continuous disclosure obligations for reporting issuers and mutual funds, insider reporting and CDS filings including ISIN/CUSIP requests. She also conducts research relating to compliance and securities requirements and performs searches and analysis of public disclosure documents.
Anca also handles ongoing regulatory filings through the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR), the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) and the TSX SecureFile System.
Anca has also experience working as a corporate law clerk in a downtown Toronto multinational law firm. She also worked abroad as an in-house legal counsel in Bucharest, Romania.
