Miller Thomson is pleased to announce that Tim Pritchard has joined the Vancouver office as a partner in the Commercial Litigation Group.
Tim brings extensive experience in Aboriginal, environmental, and commercial litigation. He has acted as trial counsel in complex matters, including a significant Treaty infringement case related to cumulative environmental effects, and a successful defamation trial. He also regularly appears before regulatory tribunals and advises on Environmental Assessments.
