Partner Mark Alexander‘s practice focuses on construction disputes, insurance, and commercial litigation. He has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta, conducted numerous trials and private arbitrations, and has also participated in various dispute resolution procedures, including mediations, judicial dispute resolutions, referee processes, and technical mediations in complex construction disputes.
A Partner in our Restructuring and Insolvency group, Asim Iqbal guides clients through informal workouts, formal restructuring proceedings and special situations with a creative and practical approach to problem solving. He has substantial experience representing a broad range of stakeholders in informal workouts and formal proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and has developed expertise representing stakeholders and court officers in troubled construction projects and cross-border insolvency matters.
