Dan Kiselbach: Dan’s practice focus is on tax and global trade. Over the last three decades he has appeared at all Canadian court levels, including the superior courts of several provinces, the Tax Court of Canada, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has represented clients in audit, assessment, enforcement, collections, criminal, and other matters, including London Court of International Arbitration proceedings. He is the Managing Partner of the Vancouver office. He leads the Vancouver Tax Group and the firm’s Global Trade and Customs Group. He is licensed in BC. Ontario, and New York.
Marie-Hélène Tremblay: Marie-Hélène Tremblay is a tax lawyer who assists taxpayers by intervening in audits and objection processes before Revenu Québec and the Canada Revenue Agency, and representing her clients at the judicial level before the provincial and federal courts. In addition, she offers a wide range of legal services that help her clients, prevent tax litigation.
