CRA declines to prosecute executive in significant tax evasion scheme

In a recent decision, the Canadian Revenue Agency (the “CRA”) declined to pursue the prosecution of a business executive as an alleged participant in a significant tax evasion case, as a result of a solicitor-client issue.
