Tamara Gutić

Biography description

Tamara completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Common Law. In her time at the University of Ottawa, Tamara particpated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, served as an executive member of the Health Law Students Association, and was a research assistant and Santéship Fellow with the Centre for Health Law, Policy and Ethics. Her work focused on international policies relating to global health equity and domestic policies surrounding regulation of healthcare technology. Tamara has also completed internships with the Competition Bureau and Centre for Mental Health and Addiction during her studies and gained broad and invaluable exposure to the various intersections of corporate law, privacy law, and competition law.

Prior to law school, Tamara completed a Bachelor of Arts at McMaster University, majoring in Justice, Political Philosophy and Law and minoring in Political Science.

In her spare time, Tamara enjoys hiking, watching tennis, travelling and exploring gluten free restaurants.
