Biography description
Roger J.F. Lepage, a seasoned lawyer with over 45 years of experience, focuses on litigation, health regulatory matters, education, labour, human rights, family law and estates. He has an impressive track record, representing clients in various courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He is also a past member of the Saskatchewan Human Rights Tribunal. Roger is bilingual and serves English- and French-speaking clients.
Holding a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan, Roger has authored publications on governance models for education and disciplinary processes for health care professionals. He has been recognized as a Litigation Star and has received awards for his contributions to francophone rights in Saskatchewan and the Northwest Territories including the Ordre des francophones d’Amérique.
Active in numerous organizations, Roger’s knowledge and experience span litigation, regulation of professions, health, education, labour and employment, human rights, family law and estates. He provides comprehensive legal advice in areas such as defamation, commercial disputes, education rights, and discrimination issues, acting for both employers and individuals.
