Biography description
Stephanie Gervasi is a corporate law paralegal at Miller Thomson’s Montréal office. She assists lawyers with various transactions and prepares all the documentation required for incorporation, organization, business combinations, amendments to articles of incorporation, dissolution, and other related corporate changes. In addition, Stephanie conducts corporate searches and manages filings with government authorities across Canada. She also oversees minute book maintenance and extra-provincial registration. Stephanie is fluent in English, French, and Italian.
