Daniela has been a corporate law paralegal in Miller Thomson’s Montréal office since October 2023. She supports lawyers and their clients in various matters related to corporate law, including incorporation, amendments to by-laws, organization, and other transactions. She is particularly sought-after for preparing and drafting documents relating to incorporation, extra-provincial registrations, dissolutions, resuming existence, amendments to articles, acquisitions and sales of businesses. She also conducts a wide range of corporate searches. She performs annual corporate updates and ensures due diligence on the minute books of various companies.
