Saman Amiri

Biography description

Saman Amiri joined Miller Thomson’s Corporate Law team after successfully completing her articles. Her practice focuses primarily on financing and banking, where she contributes to various finance matters and supports clients in meeting their transactional needs.

Saman is a University of Montréal graduate, where she also studied Political Science for two years and received several distinctions. Her roles as President of the Accès à la justice and Comité de droit fiscal student associations reflect her engagement and involvement in the faculty.

She has also been active in her community as a volunteer with Inform’elle, where she helped provide access to legal information.
