Danielle Joel is a leading lawyer in the area of estates, trust and capacity disputes. She has decades of experience advising clients in complex succession disputes, many of which include private companies. Her practice also includes the administration of complex trusts and estates, as well as advisory work aimed at resolving disputes and avoiding litigation.

Danielle is a unwavering advocate for her clients and has experience taking on high conflict matters and novel legal issues. Having advised some of Canada’s wealthiest families with their tough problems, she understands the importance of custom, practical solutions and the need for strict confidentiality.
