Dwayne Kuiper practices Corporate Commercial Law in the Waterloo office of Miller Thomson. In his corporate and commercial law practice he deals with a wide variety of matters including commercial leasing, asset and share purchase transactions, incorporations, reorganizations, shareholder agreements and other major business agreements.
Dwayne also practises real property law and has handled residential and commercial transactions including conveyance, financing and leasing. He frequently represents both borrowers and lenders in connection with commercial financing and secured loan transactions.
From a community perspective, Dwayne is the Director of the Sunbeam Residential Development Centre, Director of Business and Education Partnership of Waterloo Region and Past President and Director of the Waterloo Regional Addiction and Family Counselling Association. In February 2011 Dwayne was named among the region’s Top 40 Under 40 by The Kitchener-Waterloo Record; the award was given for Dwayne’s commitment to his charitable work as well as his professional accomplishments.Education
