Biography description

Kim strives to provide critical support on complex commercial real estate transactions; including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development projects across a broad spectrum of asset classes. She has extensive experience reviewing and analyzing purchase and sale agreements, mortgage commitments, leases, and various facets of commercial land development-related documentation.

Kim routinely drafts and prepares closing deliverables, reviews land development instruments (such as easements, subdivision plans and site plan agreements), and prepares all necessary electronic title registrations. She is proficient in conducting comprehensive title due-diligence; including identifying and trouble-shooting potential obstacles noted on title, analyzing title and off-title search results, and coordinating with municipalities and regulatory bodies as required.

Her role also includes preparation of title and due diligence reports, managing closing checklists, and liaising with external counsel, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely and efficient transaction closings.
