Overview
Sarah works with executors and trustees in managing complex estates and trusts. Sarah’s work is focused on estate administration and litigation.
Her duties include assisting the lawyers with the preparation of probate applications and related motions, court applications for passings, guardianships, orders relating to real property, estate administration for testate and intestate estates, calling in and distributing assets, and winding up estates and trusts. Her work entails liaising with beneficiaries, accountants, investment advisors, valuators, the court, the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee and the Office of the Children’s Lawyer.
She has over 30 years of experience in the legal field covering estates and trusts, civil litigation, and expropriation.
