- Preparing for the Post-Pandemic Workplace: the return to in-person work, the right of employers to require same, the duty to accommodate and human rights considerations relating to return-to-work mandates, the future of vaccine and pandemic policies, return to in-person work etiquette and policy refreshers as well tips to managing employee refusals, absenteeism and employee productivity in a post-pandemic context.
- Remote Work: the remote workplace environment, health and safety considerations relating to a remote workplace, effective remote work policies and the integration with other employer policies (i.e. IT policies, anti-harassment policies, social media policies, etc.), the employer’s ability to monitor employee productivity and the questions relating to remote work where the employee works from another province or country.
