Biography description

Ravalika is excited to return to Miller Thomson as an articling student after joining the firm as a summer student. She recently completed her Juris Doctor at Queen’s University.

During law school, Ravalika honed her advocacy skills as a student caseworker at Queen’s Legal Aid, where she successfully led a hearing before the Social Benefits Tribunal. She also participated as an oralist in the Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Law Moot and won awards for top oralist team, top law school, and best factum. 

Ravalika is dedicated to community-focused legal work. She led two projects with Pro Bono Students Canada, where she provided public legal education for the Kingston Youth Shelter and municipal legal research for Loving Spoonful. She served as co-president of Queen’s Food Law & Policy Society and helped organize the 2023 Canadian Association of Food Law & Policy Conference.

In her spare time, Ravalika enjoys backpacking, discovering new restaurants, and hiking.
