Katarzyna Zegar

Biography description

Katarzyna received her law degree from the University of Warsaw, Poland, and is currently pursuing law equivalencies at McGill University and Université de Montréal. Prior to attending law school, she received a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Warsaw.

During her law studies, Katarzyna was involved in a number of student initiatives, notably the legal clinic organized by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights. She then honed her skills at a law firm specializing in business law, public-private partnerships and intellectual property. Katarzyna also previously worked at Miller Thomson.

Katarzyna is an avid equestrian and tennis player. In her spare time, she can also be found reading non-fiction literature and working out at the gym.
