Jaclyn is an associate within the firm’s Insolvency and Restructuring group. Throughout her practice, Jaclyn has acted for debtors, lenders, and court-appointed officers under a variety of mandates under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act. She has also represented clients in several debt enforcement and recovery matters.

Jaclyn’s experience has spanned a diverse range of industries, including retail, technology, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and logistics.

Jaclyn graduated <i>cum laude<i> from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where she obtained both her Canadian and American Juris Doctor degrees. During law school, Jaclyn served as a student attorney for the University of Detroit Mercy’s Immigration Law Clinic where she represented and advocated for a number of clients seeking various forms of relief and benefits.

Jaclyn joined the firm as a Summer Student in 2022, and returned as an Articling Student in 2023.
