Kaitlin Hartviksen

Biography description

Kaitlin is excited to return to Miller Thomson as an articling student. She earned her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University. Prior to law school, Kaitlin completed a Master of Environment and Sustainability as well as an Honours Bachelor of Science (Specialization in Biology) from the University of Western Ontario.

Throughout law school, Kaitlin was an active member of the community. She was President of the Queen’s Women and Law Club and an executive member of student council. Her leadership, scholarship, and meaningful contributions to student life and the broader Queen’s community were recognized through the 2L Queen’s Law Student Society Award and the Susan J. Serena Scholarship, both of which honour students who distinguish themselves through academic achievement, engagement in student activities, and contribution to the law school and wider community. In addition, she competed in the 2025 Davies Corporate/Securities Law Moot, where her team earned a Top Factum Award.
