Nora understands the needs of business owners and prides herself on providing clients with exceptional customer service. She has over a dozen years of experience in corporate transactional work, including tax driven transactions and reorganizations.

Nora has much experience in the following areas:
Tax Driven Transactions:
Section 85, Section 86, Section 51 and Section 97 Rollovers
Amalgamations: Vertical, Horizontal and Regular Long Form
Share Purchases and Asset Purchases
Changes of Directors and Officers
Joint Venture Agreements
Trust Transactions: Initialize, Wind Up and Distributions

Nora assisted a firm from by taking it from completely paper based to fully digital and built an ALF database from scratch. She has rectified over a hundred minute books and brought them up to date. Throughout the years, Nora has mentored and instructed other paraprofessionals and legal assistants to ensure maximum value for clients.

Nora has many years experience in a busy tax role, that included all types of rollovers, alterations, drafting complicated rights and restrictions, and many trust transactions. She has six years of experience using ECorp and six years of experience using ALF. Nora was one of only eight firms between Alberta and BC to beta test and use ALF Cloud, and was instrumental in assisting the ALF team work out issues with the new database.
Throughout the years, Nora has learned many different corporate transactions and continues to grow her knowledge base.

Nora graduated with a 4.2 GPA from Vancouver Career College in 2012. She took the accelerated class route and came out on the top of her class. Nora continues to advance her knowledge by routinely enrolling in CLE courses.
