Kristen Anderson

Biography description

Kristen Anderson is an associate in Miller Thomson’s Litigation Group and maintains a broad civil litigation practice with a focus on corporate and commercial litigation. She has experience advising and representing clients in a range of matters, including insurance defence, construction disputes, contractual disputes, labour and employment matters, debt collection, personal injury,  privacy issues, and cybersecurity incidents. Kristen supports clients through various stages of the dispute resolution process and provides practical guidance on complex legal matters across multiple industries.

Kristen’s practice encompasses a diverse range of litigation matters, allowing her to assist clients with commercial disputes, risk management, and dispute resolution strategies across a variety of legal and business contexts.

Outside of her legal practice, Kristen volunteers with a charitable organization that raises funds to help individuals experiencing disability attend summer camp. Kristen has also volunteered as a sponsorship director, moot judge and dispute resolution mentor with the University of Saskatchewan College of Law.
