Biography description

Kevin Refah is a Partner in the Toronto office of Miller Thomson LLP. His practice is focused in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and business law.

Kevin often leads large transaction teams involving lawyers and other professional advisors with various types of expertise. Kevin frequently advises clients in connection with acquisitions and sale transactions, as well as complex cross-border transactions. He counsels founders, executives, boards of directors, financial institutions, investment banks, family offices, private equity firms and other enterprises on a wide range of issues, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, board governance, general corporate counselling, complex business disputes and various types of corporate and commercial transactions.

Kevin considers it a top priority to provide additional value for his clients beyond traditional legal advice and services. One of the ways in which Kevin does so is by leveraging his extensive network to facilitate strategic introductions, originate deals, and generate revenue for his clients, referral sources and other partners.
