Kesh Brar is an associate in Miller Thomson’s Real Estate Group, supporting clients across a broad range of commercial real estate matters. Her practice includes advising on leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, and related commercial transactions. She assists clients in navigating both routine real estate matters and broader strategic decisions with a practical and solutions focused approach.

Her transactional experience includes single asset purchases and sales as well as complex multi property portfolio deals. Kesh works closely with clients and multidisciplinary deal teams to advance transactions efficiently and with careful attention to detail. She advises across various asset classes and provides support on title matters, due diligence, corporate structuring considerations, and regulatory requirements.

Kesh also brings valuable insight from her previous work with one of Ontario’s largest municipalities in its Health Services and Long Term Care sector, where she played a key role in the development of Ontario’s first purpose built long term care home inspired by the Butterfly Model. This experience enables her to provide nuanced, strategic guidance to clients operating in regulated or mission driven environments, including not for profit organizations and public sector partners.
