Biography description

Brandon, a corporate transactional lawyer in our Toronto office, specializes in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity and general corporate/commercial matters. With a keen focus on providing practical advice to both private and public clients, Brandon excels in navigating capital markets, structuring public/private offerings, and steering successful M&A transactions. Brandon is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, Law Society of Ontario, and the Canadian Bar Association. He was also an Instructor for the « Securities Regulation » course at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2024.
