Ken Rosenstein currently serves as Ontario Regional Managing Partner with a longstanding track record of leadership, having previously served as Managing Partner of the Toronto office and National Leader of the Financial Services Group. Ken brings extensive expertise in corporate and commercial finance, including creditor enforcement, cross-border financing transactions and asset-based lending. Licensed in both Ontario and Alberta, and with a background in the financial services industry, he brings deep practical insight to his work and is known for his innovative, solutions-oriented approach to assisting major banks, non-bank lenders, and private credit lenders navigate risk and competitive pressures. A consummate networker, Ken excels at building strong relationships and connecting people across industries to create opportunities and facilitate transactions.

Ken frequently shares his knowledge and experience through presentations and publications on finance, restructuring, and enforcement matters. His commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing benefits both his clients and the legal profession a whole.

Ken’s involvement extends beyond his legal practice.
