Biography description

Megan Kocher is a Corporate Law Clerk with the Southwestern Ontario offices of Miller Thomson LLP. She brings extensive expertise in corporate law, with a strong focus on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and complex transactional matters.

Megan advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including incorporations, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and tax-driven corporate arrangements. She is recognized for her thorough understanding of both provincial and federal corporate statutes, and for her ability to provide strategic support on sophisticated transactions and corporate structures.

In addition to her corporate law expertise, Megan is a licensed Paralegal, Commissioner of Oaths, and Notary Public, further strengthening the scope of services she provides to clients.
