Overview
Michael obtained his law degree at the University of British Columbia (UBC) and his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria (UVic).
Michael’s time at law school was filled with many enriching experiences including representing UBC in the National Labour Arbitration Moot and a volunteer placement with the Society for Children and Youth. During his final year of law school Michael spent an exchange semester studying at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
While completing his undergraduate degree in Victoria, BC Michael worked for the federal government. While studying at UVic, Michael competed three consecutive years at JDC West, the largest business case competition in Western Canada. During his undergrad Michael also completed an exchange term at Masaryk University in the Czech Republic.
In his free time, Michael enjoys skiing, golfing, watching movies and playing basketball.
