Aperçu
Michael Gargaro is an active member of Miller Thomson’s Advocacy group, specializing in Labour and Employment, Corporate/Commercial Litigation, and other litigation matters. He has experience and interest in a wide range of litigation specialties and has effectively represented clients in both negotiation and court appearances.
During law school, Michael participated in the National Labour Arbitration Moot where he gained valuable experience advocating in the arbitration context. This is complimented by his business case competition experience across three years of competing in JDC West, the largest business case competition in Canada, during his undergraduate degree.
Prior to law school, Michael worked for the Department of National Defence as a Human Resources Coordinator, gaining valuable experience managing human resource issues for large-scale organizations.
During law school, Michael worked with the Society for Children and Youth through Pro Bono Students Canada, where he supported educational programs and free legal representation for children and youth in the Canadian justice system.
