Caitlin returns to Miller Thomson as an Articling Student after completing a summer placement with the firm in 2021. She obtained her Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of Alberta in 2023.

Prior to law school, Caitlin graduated with Distinction from the University of Alberta School of Business where she obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in finance and minor in accounting.

Throughout law school Caitlin received a number of awards including the 2023 Insolvency Institute of Canada Prize in Insolvency Law, the 2023 Raymond James Memorial Prize in Trust Law, the 2022 Darcy Readman Prize in Personal Property Security Law and the 2020 Robert A Homme QC Memorial Scholarship in Law. Caitlin was also on the Dean’s list during the 2021-2022 and the 2022-2023 academic terms.

In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys travelling, playing pickle ball, golfing and spending time with her friends, family, and her dog, Charlie.
