Community involvement
After studying psychology, Sarah worked in an early childhood development centre. Her team was tasked with improving children’s quality of life, communications and independence, mainly by using applied behavioural analysis (ABA) therapy in collaboration with specialist therapists. During her second year in law, she volunteered for Pro Bono Students Canada. Her team was responsible for drafting an employment insurance guide, helping to promote access to justice for the unemployed.
