Overview
Léna Taylor is responsible for all aspects of the professional development of lawyers, articling students and students for the Montréal office. She works closely with her colleagues from the national Talent team to devise development and retention strategies and to carry out national projects.
Her duties include the implementation of talent management, professional skills development and mentoring programs. She also participates in the evaluation and compensation process. Furthermore, she oversees the Montréal office’s student programs and takes part in both student and lateral recruitment.
Léna has nearly 15 years of experience in professional resources and talent management. Prior to joining the firm, Léna held the positions of Director, Legal Talent for a regional firm, as well as Director, Professional Development and Training and Director, Student Programs for national firms. Previously, she practised business law in Montréal and with international firms in Paris and London.
