Cassandra Modafferi

Cassandra Modafferi is an associate at Miller Thomson’s Montreal office, in the Commercial Litigation Group.  Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, including insurance and contractual disputes.  Before joining Miller Thomson,  Cassandra practiced at a boutique litigation law firm specializing in resolving disputes that had constitutional impacts.  Cassandra consults her clients with empathy and practicality; emphasizing the possibility to resort to private dispute resolution processes when feasible and committed to representing them before the courts as needed.
