Overview
Amy Crant is a Residential and Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in the Edmonton office of Miller Thomson LLP. She has extensive experience in residential real estate transactions, including single family dwellings, condominiums, foreclosure and receivership sales, bare land, and recreational properties. Amy works with, and provides assistance to, a variety of banks with respect to loan and mortgage transactions. In addition, she assists with commercial transactions including all aspects of commercial real estate and commercial financings.
Amy has worked in Real Estate Law for over 16 years. Prior to joining Miller Thomson, she worked for a mid-size firm in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and a smaller firm in Edmonton, where she was responsible for various Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions including a focus on the sales of New Home Construction Properties and Relocation files. Additionally, she gained extensive experience in listings and sales of bank-owned properties in all four Atlantic Atlantic Provinces.
