Amy Crant is a residential and commercial real estate paralegal with extensive experience in residential transactions, including single-family homes, condominiums, and foreclosure sales. She also handles commercial real estate and financing matters, working closely with banks on loan and mortgage transactions and assisting with various aspects of commercial deals.Before joining Miller Thomson, Amy worked at a mid-size firm in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and a smaller firm in Edmonton, handling residential and commercial transactions. Her experience includes sales of new home construction properties, relocation files, and bank-owned properties across the Atlantic Provinces.
