Ian Polisuk’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on corporate financings, mergers and acquisitions and securities. He has significant experience representing private and public companies on a variety of transactions, including public offerings, private placements of equity and debt securities, public and private acquisitions and general corporate and commercial law matters. Ian also assists companies with compliance with securities regulations, stock exchange policies and corporate governance.
Ian is a volunteer with Pro Bono Ontario and provides corporate legal advice to low-income individuals and small businesses.
Before joining the firm, Ian was a corporate securities associate at a mid-sized law firm in Toronto and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020.
