On December 7, 2023, TAK Logistics Inc. successfully acquired all of the shares of Lipizzan Transport Ltd. (“Lipizzan”)
Lipizzan is in the business of intermodal drayage from and to the Canadian National Railway and Canadian Pacific Railway ramps in Edmonton
Established in 2006, TAK Logistics is considered to be a trusted provider of intermodal rail drayage in BC, Alberta and Washington. They strive to set the standard for Pacific Northwest drayage carriers with a 98% on-time performance, and cross-border expertise.
