Terry, with over two decades in Human Resources leadership, is an accomplished professional known for driving engagement and business success across various industries. At the Firm, she leads Talent Services, overseeing Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management and Legal Support Services strategies nationally. Her dynamic approach enables a seamless alignment of people, culture, and performance.
Terry has been a guest presenter at the Benefits Canada Benefits & Pensions Summit and has volunteered as a mentor with the HRPA of Ontario.
A proud and engaged member of the HRPA of Ontario, Terry stays at the forefront of industry trends and best practices, ensuring the delivery of service excellence to her clients. Terry is know for fostering a culture of respect and belonging. She has established herself as a trusted advisor to the Firm’s leadership team on all matters related to talent operations including; compensation, group benefits and retirement services, performance management, employee relations, engagement, organization design, health and safety, policies and compliance with employment legislation.
