Biography description
Sean Kim is building a diverse business law practice with a focus on corporate law, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. He has assisted on various matters including public and private acquisitions, private placements, public disclosure, along with general corporate and commercial matters.
Sean was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026 after completing his summer and articling terms at Miller Thomson LLP.
