Radhapriya Chawla

Biography description

Radhapriya Chawla is developing a diverse business law practice with a focus on corporate law, securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate governance. She has supported a range of public and private transactions, including private placements, buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, along with general corporate and commercial matters. Radhapriya has experience working in both the public and private sectors, engaging with stakeholders across multiple industries.

Radhapriya was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026 after completing her summer and articling terms at Miller Thomson LLP. During law school, she was actively involved in student leadership and pro bono initiatives, contributing to projects focused on community engagement and access to justice. Upon graduation, she was awarded the J.W. Whiteside Award for her contributions to the Faculty of Law and the broader community.
