Biography description

Kelsey Vicary is a corporate lawyer based in Miller Thomson’s London, Ontario office. Her practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on private mergers and acquisitions, advising both purchasers and vendors on share and asset transactions ranging from founder-led businesses to complex strategic deals.

Kelsey enjoys helping clients navigate significant business milestones. Whether navigating an acquisition or a sale, drafting a shareholders’ agreement, implementing a corporate reorganization, or negotiating commercial contracts, she is focused on delivering practical advice that helps clients move their objectives forward with confidence.

Kelsey works closely with business owners, entrepreneurs, management teams, and professional advisors to find solutions that balance legal, commercial, and operational considerations. Kelsey has experience advising clients across a variety of sectors, including agribusiness, manufacturing, medical services, construction, distribution, and financial services.

Kelsey earned her law degree from Western University, where she graduated as Valedictorian and received the Middlesex Law Association Western Law scholarship in recognition of her contributions to the London-Middlesex community.

Kelsey summered and articled with Miller Thomson before joining the firm as an associate in 2021. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Middlesex Law Association.
