With over 15 years of experience in the corporate department of a mid-size Kitchener firm, Karen has managed all aspects of a corporation’s life cycle, from incorporation to dissolution. Her work includes corporate amendments, purchases and sales, ongoing maintenance, and dissolutions, with extensive expertise in professional corporations and their unique compliance requirements.
