Biography description

Farzana is a Corporate Paralegal in our Vancouver office, with a strong focus on corporate and securities law. She specializes in preparing a wide range of legal documents, including those related to incorporations, corporate organizations, continuances, registrations, dividends, dissolutions, and share transactions.

Farzana has supported clients in the area of securities law, assisting with the preparation of continuous disclosure documents such as prospectuses, financial statements, management’s discussion analysis, annual information forms, material change reports, information circulars, and subscription agreements. She is well-versed in regulatory compliance and has prepared submissions to regulatory bodies, including the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) and the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV).

Farzana is a member of the BC Paralegal Association, South Asian Bar Association of British Columbia (SABABC) and Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (FACL BC).
