Natasha Smith co-presented with Serena Hak of The Donor Motivation Program on the topic “Creative Solutions to Fortifying Your Succession Plan: A Consideration of How to Retain and Best Utilize Talent From the Next Generation” at the Canadian Association of Gift Planners National Conference on April 19, 2019 in Montreal.

Sarah Fitzpatrick spoke at CBA, Charities and Not for Profit sub-subsection on April 18th on Benefit Corporations in Vancouver, B.C.

Mary Childs spoke at “Cooperate Now”, a boot camp for founders of new co-operatives, presented by VanCity Credit Union and the BC Cooperative Association, on April 13th. The topic of her presentation is “Legal Risk Issues for Co-operatives” in Vancouver, B.C.

Susan Manwaring appeared at the Senate Special Committee on Charitable Sector on Monday, April 8, 2019 in Ottawa.

Natasha Smith spoke at Ontario Bar Association’s Charity Law Primer conference on April 5, 2019 on “Incorporating and Structuring a Non-Profit” in Toronto.
