Plus c’est la même chose.  The more things change, the more they stay the same.  Consider our Leasing Times newsletter.  We began our monthly publications almost five years ago.  We have covered a wide range of topics ranging from reasonable wear and tear, audit rights, use, priorities, roof top leases, distress, offers, letters of intent, arbitration and mortgagee issues, to name a few.  Please check out our past editions on our website.

From the outset our objective has been to provide those of you engaged in commercial and industrial leasing with clear and helpful information.  Our new Miller Thomson national brand reflects our ongoing commitment to that objective.  It also applies to all aspects of our practice, including leasing.  As we begin our sixth year of publication, we hope that you will all continue to benefit from our objective to provide you with our added experience, added clarity and added value.
