Overview
Samantha is an associate in our Health Industry group. She is building a broad health law practice with a special interest in health advocacy and regulatory matters.
Samantha was called to the bar in 2021 after working at a national law firm as an articling student in their specialized health law litigation practice group. She serves as the CPD Liaison for the Ontario Bar Association’s Health Law and Administrative Law Sections for the 2021-2022 term. Samantha also holds the position of Associate Editor of the Health Law in Canada Journal and is a director of a not-for-profit organization where she founded a national on campus interview (“OCI”) recruitment event for internationally trained lawyers. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Samantha worked in the education sector.
