Martine Bourget is a Corporate Paralegal in Miller Thomson’s Montreal office. She has over 30 years of professional experience in transactional services. Her professional ethics and her ability to manage short delays have made her a fully-fledged member of the Firm’s transactional team. The effort she deploys in important transactional files is valued and noted.
She perfected her knowledge by completing a certificate in business law at the Continuing Education Faculty of the University of Montreal in 1987 and by attending various conferences and classes offered by the Canadian Association of Paralegals and by renowned lawyers. Martine assists with the drafting of provisions and the preparation of documents for incorporations, mergers, corporate and tax reorganizations, amendments, corporate changes, capital structure drafts and business sale and acquisition transactions. She also reviews minutes books during the due diligence process and manages the corporate update of many groups of companies.
