Lorraine is involved in various aspects of commercial lending transactions from commencement to closing and reporting, including but not limited to drafting closing agendas, conducting, reviewing and summarizing corporate, PPSA and title/off-title searches, drafting of security documentation and preparing and registering e-reg instruments under PPSA and Teraview. Lorraine is also well versed with ordering title insurance policies, reviewing draft documents, reviewing and assembling closing documents, communicating with lawyers, clients and external counsel throughout transactions and dealing with post-closing matters.

Lorraine also has a history assisting lawyers in the areas of franchising, corporate transactions, acquisitions, reorganizations, share purchase and sale transactions and asset purchase and sale transactions. Lorraine is a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and has been certified since 1998.
