Peter T. Bergbusch, K.C. has been appointed a Judge of His Majesty’s Court of King’s Bench for Saskatchewan in Regina.
“On behalf of the Partners, I would like to thank Mr. Justice Bergbusch for his numerous contributions that have enriched the firm over the years,” says Chair Peter Auvinen. “While we will miss having him as a colleague, we are very proud to congratulate him on this tremendous career accomplishment.”
Mr. Justice Bergbusch had been a Partner in Miller Thomson’s Regina office since 2011, following the firm’s merger with Balfour Moss LLP. He maintained a broad civil litigation practice focused on shareholder and contract disputes, professional negligence claims, class actions, and occupational health and safety investigations.
