Andy Chan is awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for contributions to Canada.

The award is part of the 2012 celebrations of the 60th anniversary of the Queen’s accession to the throne. Andy will receive the honour at special presentation ceremony.
