On August 4, 2021, Deloitte Canada announced its acquisition of Dataperformers Company Inc. (“Dataperformers”), an early-stage engineering and applied artificial intelligence (AI) company, to increase its capabilities in AI and machine learning, particularly in computer vision and machine learning operations (MLOps). With this acquisition, Deloitte is also set to gain Dataperformers’ AI-powered platform, Macula AI, providing cutting-edge end-to-end computer vision solutions for visual inspection.
