Bill Dahms has practiced in commercial real estate and land development, having guided clients through property purchases, sales, financings, commercial leases and licenses, and land development projects. Recognized by the Law Society of Ontario as a certified Real Estate Law Specialist, Bill brings extensive knowledge and dedication to his practice. He has worked closely with leading financial institutions and businesses on various real estate transactions, offering invaluable legal insights and representation. Bill has also acted for numerous land developers in all aspects of commercial and residential land development and redevelopment, including condominiums.

Bill’s extensive publications and presentations demonstrate his thought leadership and dedication to sharing knowledge within the legal realm. Outside the office, he is also deeply involved in his local community, having served on the Conestoga College Board of Governors, several local municipal action projects, two municipal Committees of Adjustment, as well as the boards of the Waterloo Region Home Builders’ Association, the Interfaith Pastoral Counselling Centre, Junior Achievement and other local boards.

Bill is an active member of several prominent legal and professional associations, fostering strong networks within the legal community. Through his memberships in professional and community organizations, Bill stays connected and informed about the latest legal developments and industry trends.
